We will coordinate scheduling an appointment with your NewHomeBuyerRealty member agent to inspect your existing home in order to best determine its current market value. We will develop the marketing plan that will ensure your home sells in the least amount of time, for the highest possible price.
We will work with the builder’s teams letting them know that your home is Priced Right and Shows Well. We can assure the builders that your home will sell quickly and that you are qualified to move forward and select a site, and purchase, your new home. You will be able to remove the contingencies on the purchase of your new home, and work within your builder’s construction schedule.
Throughout the process, we will stay in contact with your sales, mortgage, and closing departments providing weekly progress reports on the status of the contingent home.
